We will usually reply within 24 hours and are happy to offer our opinion or advice on any issue relating to fuel injection & injector cleaning that you may have. Please be as concise as possible when describing any problem that you may have and include part numbers, vehicle model and engine type where possible.

We can only diagnose problems based on the information that you provide us with.

Note: We are not presently servicing any diesel injectors or BMW HPI (direct injection) petrol injectors.

All our goods and services are subject to our terms and conditions:

All goods are sold with a one year or lifetime (as stated) 'back to base' warranty (replacement or pro-rata refund) starting from the date of purchase. All services are offered using estimated prices for what we consider to reasonably cover the cost of our work. Our service estimates do not cover broken/worn parts needing to be replaced, parts broken or damaged during disassembly, seals & installation components, installation codes or labour, postage to us or damaged caused by courier/postage to or from us.

We will assist with any reasonable problem or concern where possible. Customers should contact us prior to purchase/rendering our services in order to ascertain the suitability of the product/service for their requirements.

Any goods subject to a warranty claim must be returned or delivered to us at the customer's expense for inspection and any necessary repairs/replacement.

The chemicals we use in our cleaning tanks will often remove paint and stickers from injectors and associated components. Furthermore, any injector/component that requires removal from a fuel rail etc. using hand tools is at risk of cosmetic marking. Please take this into consideration when considering our services.

We will repair and return to the customer any defective or faulty goods at our own cost provided that:

1. We were notified of the fault within one year from the date of purchase
2. The fault was not caused by misuse, neglect or unauthorised modification

No refund is given for items which cannot be resold as both 'new' and 'unused'.

Any injectors requiring additional inspection, testing and servicing (for example, injectors which appear to have stuck in the post or not function correctly) must be returned to us at the customer's expense, though we do not charge for our time spent remedying such injectors or the cost of returning them to the customer.

All goods are open to inspection at our premises in Devizes, Wiltshire prior to purchase and all enquiries received regarding suitability and specification will be answered to the best of our ability prior to purchase.

Any items deemed to be unsuitable or unwanted by the customer must be returned or delivered to us unused and in their original packaging by the customer at their own cost within 14 days of purchase for a refund at cost - that is, less any costs incurred by us though postage, packaging and the sale of the item.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as defined in law.
